Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Supervisor who will take the lead on a refurbishment initiative for a public sector facility.
- Accountability: You will hold overall responsibility for ensuring the project's success, guaranteeing timely completion, meeting client expectations, and adhering to budget constraints.
- Project Management: Oversee the project timeline and ensure all milestones are met.
- Quality Assurance: Manage quality standards and ensure they are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Site Management: Assist in establishing site operations and logistics.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Budget Management: Ensure project delivery aligns with financial expectations.
- Contractor Coordination: Collaborate with trade contractors to agree on time, cost, and quality requirements.
