Job Summary:

AUTEL Energy - Europe is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team in London. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing EV charging solutions for our customers in Europe. You will work closely with our product team and R&D team to ensure the successful implementation of customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement EV charging solutions for customers in Europe
  • Work closely with product team and R&D team to ensure successful implementation of customer projects
  • Provide technical support and consulting services to customers and suppliers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and service partners
  • Lead solution projects and internal projects (certifications, workshops)
  • Assist with technical improvements of products
  • Evaluate risks and adjust mitigation actions, contribute to optimization of working processes within the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or Electronics
  • Pre-sales or solution experience in EV, Automotive, or Energy sector
  • Knowledge of electrical vehicles or charging pile industry, familiar with different charging scenarios and OCPP protocol
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English is a must, other European languages are a plus
