The Role

We're seeking a skilled Swim Teacher to join our team. As a Swim Teacher, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers of all ages in achieving their swimming goals. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons, communicating effectively with parents and guardians, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach swimming to children and adults as part of our swimming lesson program
  • Communicate with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development
  • Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe and welcoming environment

Requirements

  • Level 2 Swim Teaching qualification (training can be provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • DBS check

Salary

Up to £15.62 per hour
