  • Coordinate imports and exports from start to finish
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless logistics
  • Liaise with overseas agents and hauliers to secure optimal rates
  • Manage key accounts and develop strong relationships
  • Communicate with the finance team regarding billing queries
  • Process customs entries and monitor shipments
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations
  • Provide quotes to clients and deliver exceptional customer service

Key Requirements

  • Previous project experience within events and live projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all modes of transport, including imports and exports
  • Expertise in UK customs procedures and regulations
  • Project freight experience and a strong understanding of logistics

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 0900-1730
