We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our Adoption & Automation team at easyJet. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency.

Your expertise in process review and automation will be utilised to optimise workflows, improve user experience, and liberate valuable resources. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, assess business needs, and create designs that align with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and create designs that align with organisational objectives
  • Utilise expertise in process review and automation to optimise workflows and improve user experience
  • Develop and implement Service-Orientated Architecture (SOA) and Low-Code/No-Code solutions
  • Work with suppliers to deliver technology solutions focused on business outcomes and employee experience
Requirements
  • Experience within a Business analysis/Service Architect/User Adoption Specialist role (or similar) preferably within an IT department or within a role that utilised technology to deliver business value
  • Knowledge of Next Think or similar tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as facilitation and negotiation
  • Familiar with working with and managing stakeholders and customers while delivering technology solutions
  • Demonstrable experience of simplifying/optimising and automating IT and Business processes
  • Experience with IT analytics to improve adoption and user experience
  • Knowledge of Low-Code/No-Code solutions, preferably Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience creating and presenting Service/Process based documentation and/or detailed technical design documentation
