### Job Title: Support Worker

#### About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team at Seven Springs, a vibrant service located on the outskirts of Royal Tunbridge Wells in Kent. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling vulnerable individuals to live the life they choose, promoting their independence and well-being.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes, to ensure the comfort and dignity of our customers.
* Escort and assist individuals in and around the service, at external events, and appointments, promoting their social inclusion and community engagement.
* Support our Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.
