At RGB Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our client's Development Finance team. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in providing management accounting services to various departments and contributing to the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day running of the Finance team and provide management accounting services to various departments
  • Manage monthly KPIs, performance reporting to the new homes team, and quarterly performance reporting
  • Prepare statutory accounts and contribute to the annual business plan process
  • Work closely with the Development Finance team to drive business growth and sustainability

Requirements:
  • Experience using complex accounting systems and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Relevant Finance/Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience, Educated to degree level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively
