Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our team at BCL Legal on an interim basis. As a Commercial Lawyer - Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including supplier and customer agreements, IT contracts, and advising on GDPR and Intellectual Property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review commercial contracts, including supplier and customer agreements, IT contracts, and other related documents.
  • Advise on GDPR and Intellectual Property matters.
  • Work collaboratively with the in-house team to ensure seamless contract management.
  • Provide expert guidance on contract negotiation and review.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements, including supplier contracts and terms and conditions.
  • Proven track record of working in a services environment, preferably in-house.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and Intellectual Property laws.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
