Project Estimator Specialist

Our client, a leading consultancy in the UK, is seeking a skilled Project Estimator to join their team at Carrington West. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing estimations for large-scale projects in the infrastructure industry, including Rail, Nuclear, Defence, Water, Highways, and more.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on the costings of large Design & Process of Oil & Gas works off the shore of Scotland and in Aberdeen. They will be part of an exciting team working on several specialist projects within the larger project.

The role involves working on complex cost estimations, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Oil & Gas or other highly regulated industries, such as Nuclear. All of the projects are civil projects, as our client manages this side of the Design.

Our client offers a competitive salary of up to £70,000 p/a, as well as bonuses, a great pension, and benefits including Health Care, Discount Schemes, and much more.

The role offers hybrid working with 2 days working from home.

Requirements:
  1. Strong estimating experience
  2. Senior experience for the senior role
  3. Previous Oil & Gas experience (Desirable)
  4. Experience in a highly regulated industry
  5. Security Clearance (Desirable)
  6. Experience within Civil Engineering
  7. Degree qualified
