Key Responsibilities- Lead the care team and manage the day-to-day running of the home
- Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care
- Write, review, and update clinical policies and procedures as appropriate
- Shadow the Nurse Manager and cover for the Nurse Manager when needed
- Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency
- Fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse
- 6+ months of Nurse experience
- Valid NMC Pin
