We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Trading Assistant to join our team in our Local convenience stores. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the store team in maintaining a high level of customer service and store standards.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and processing deliveries.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role.

Working Hours:

Our stores are open 7 days a week, and we require our Trading Assistants to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Contract Type:

We offer a range of contract types, including permanent and temporary positions.

The minimum application age for this role is 18, due to the type of goods that you may be required to handle.
