Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Backend Software Engineer with strong Java and AWS experience to design and develop complex backend systems and cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of software engineering best practices and computer science fundamentals, as well as experience with Node, TypeScript, and Kafka.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex backend systems and cloud-based infrastructure using Java and AWS
  • Collaborate with the CTO to build the core B2B software product
  • Work with a team of experienced software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Contribute to the development of new features and products
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices

Requirements

  • Strong Java and AWS experience
  • Experience with Node, TypeScript, and Kafka is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices and computer science fundamentals
  • Degree educated in a STEM discipline
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
