Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Real Estate team in Stockton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading Project Management Commissions and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Project Management Commissions, taking ownership of end-to-end service delivery.
  • Act as the primary client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Scope and Project Management

Project Managers will handle commissions of varying scale and value, up to £40m in value. The role involves:

  • Advising at a strategic level, providing guidance on project approaches to achieve client objectives.
  • Establishing project success criteria, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
  • Managing quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
  • Establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems.
  • Project planning, including producing detailed project plans.
  • Advising on resource procurement.
  • Leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams.
  • Monitoring and applying performance management techniques, including KPIs.
  • Managing change control and project finances.
  • Ensuring the flow of project information between the team and client.
  • Producing formal project progress reports.
Marketing and Business Development

The role also involves:

  • Developing new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Identifying and acting on cross-selling opportunities.
  • Working with Associate Directors and Directors to construct bids for new work.
  • Attending client pitches and ensuring project case studies are up to date.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
