Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor to join our team in the Social Housing Sector. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on minor building and maintenance joinery services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the delivery of minor building and maintenance joinery services, including health and safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of direct labour and sub-contractors.
  • Conduct site surveys, order materials, and facilitate toolbox talks.
  • Monitor and control operating costs and productivity levels.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting, meeting deadlines and targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Foreman / Site Supervisor in the Social Housing Sector.
  • Knowledge of minor building and maintenance joinery services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT skills and proficiency in relevant software.
  • Full driving license and CSR card.
  • Good understanding of operating costs and productivity levels.
