About the Role:
Pertemps Professional Recruitment is seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join our team as a Care Coordinator within an integrated Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). As a key member of the Mental Health Act assessment team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practice guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and make informed decisions under the Mental Health Act 1983.
