Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere for staff, students, and visitors on campus. Your duties will include providing a friendly and efficient front-of-house service. The ideal candidate will assist with daily security operations, collaborating closely with campus services, academic departments, and the estates team to ensure the university environment remains safe and secure. As the first point of contact within all buildings, you will greet students, staff, and visitors, delivering a customer-oriented service to a diverse audience.

Your typical work schedule will consist of four 12-hour shifts each week.
