Key Responsibilities:- Line Set-ups: Complete line set-ups within given timescales to ensure efficient production.
- Stock Management: Ensure stock is correctly loaded and prepared for automated enclosing, as detailed in works instructions.
- Quality Checks: Conduct regular quality checks to guarantee 100% accuracy against customer specifications.
- End-of-Line Checks: Perform thorough end-of-line checks, including inkjet quality, hex checks, and mail mark barcode integrity.
- Stock Retrieval and Sorting: Retrieve and sort stock according to works instructions, and return any excess stock to the backstock area.
- Machine Maintenance: Assist in the repair and correction of minor machine breakdowns, such as strappers and stackers.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality are essential.
