As a key member of our AI and Data division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients in the high technology, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our client base and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional results.
  • Negotiate and agree commercial terms and service level agreements with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies, including headhunting, social networking, and data mining.
  • Manage the offer process, providing exceptional candidate experience and ensuring successful placements.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our AI and Data division, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
Requirements
