  • Work closely with residents to develop personalized support plans, promoting independence and empowerment.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, ensuring the safety of residents and staff.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide comprehensive support services, including advocacy, education, and referrals.

Working Arrangements

This is a bank support worker role, working on a zero-hours contract. You will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
