Position: IT Program Coordinator

Role Overview:
As an IT Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various IT projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in comprehensive IT project management, showcasing a history of successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and Work Breakdown Structures, ensuring adherence to established plans.
  • Facilitate collaboration with both upstream and downstream partners to align project objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects remain on schedule.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Change Control Board, Release Managers, and delivery teams.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in IT project delivery utilizing Agile and/or DevOps methodologies, particularly within digital environments or banking systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Clarity, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Experience managing global projects, coordinating across various time zones and remote teams.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Project Management or Agile Management certification is a plus.
  • Experience in program coordination rather than direct people management.

Domain Expertise:
Knowledge of banking operations, particularly in areas such as liquidity management, pricing, billing, client servicing, and commercial cards, will be advantageous.

  • Domestic and cross-border payment systems.
