**Job Summary**

Synergise Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Receive and process goods: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Inventory management: Organize and maintain stock levels, ensuring accurate counts and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Order picking and packing: Select, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
  • Loading and unloading: Safely load and unload goods from vehicles, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Quality control: Inspect products for damage or defects, reporting any issues to the relevant teams.

**Working Hours:**

The successful candidate will work a night shift schedule, Sunday to Friday, 10pm until finish, with a day off in the week. The pay rate for this role is £12.00 per hour.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
