Job Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at Childbase Partnership as an Apprentice in our Early Years setting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced team to create and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities to enhance children's development and learning.
  • Interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure all individual needs are met.
  • Adhere to our nursery routines and policies, seeking guidance from your leadership team as needed.
  • Manage your time effectively to complete coursework and meet deadlines.
Training and Development

As an Apprentice with Childbase Partnership, you will have the opportunity to gain a range of qualifications, including:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care.
  • Level 2 Functional Skills qualifications in Maths and English, if required.
  • A Paediatric First Aid qualification.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have documentation to evidence your right to work in the UK.
  • Have photographic ID, such as a valid passport or driving license.
  • Have official documentation to evidence your National Insurance number.
  • Have access to a computer to undertake the initial online assessment and submit ongoing coursework.
  • Have been resident in the UK for at least 3 years.
  • Be comfortable with travelling to and from group training sessions.
