Job Overview
The Mechanical Project Manager will lead our team in the delivery of a high-profile project with a budget of £200m. This project spans over 4 years and requires a skilled professional to oversee mechanical installations from design phase to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, including profit margins, preliminary costs, and procurement expenses.
- Program Implementation: Create detailed project schedules and programs to enable accurate progress monitoring and reporting.
- Resource Management: Secure and allocate the necessary resources to effectively and efficiently deliver the project or scheme.
- Professional Delivery: Ensure successful project completion within specified constraints while maintaining a professional approach.
- Quality Plan Development: Implement and oversee the creation of the Project Quality Plan and Trade Quality Plans.
- Defect Rectification: Manage procedures for identifying and addressing defects.
- Project Handover: Ensure a successful and seamless handover of the project, providing support to the customer or end user throughout the process.
