We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Leader to join our team as a Strategic Growth Partner for our Insurance Business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including insurance companies, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.

Requirements
