Job Title: Commercial Property Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our client's office in Norwich. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including retail, industrial, and office spaces across Norfolk and North Suffolk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property portfolios to maximize value for our clients
  • Oversee service charge budgets to ensure efficient financial management
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Collaborate with Property Management on property strategies and financial management

Requirements:

  • Experience in Residential or Commercial Property Management
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
