We are seeking an experienced IBA Accounts Technician to join our team at Pavilion Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing bank receipts and payments, processing related entries on our accounting system, and reconciling cash receipts and payments within agreed processes and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely processing of bank receipts and payments
  • Reconciliation of cash receipts and payments with accounting entries
  • Processing payments to clients, markets, and third parties using our company bank's internet system
  • Preparation of bank reconciliations and standard accounting reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 18 months IBA experience, ideally in a Broker or MGA
  • Organized and able to prioritize workload
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
