Cleaning Operative

We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, with good written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate with customers and managers while complying with Health & Safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, and have a keen eye for detail. You will be able to work on your own initiative, organizing your own time, as you will be managed remotely.

What happens next?
After you apply, your application will be reviewed, and if you are successful, you will be invited to a telephone assessment. This call will last around 15-20 minutes, consisting of 7 questions. There will not be a face-to-face interview in this process.

As a Cleaning Operative with Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including 22.5 days annual leave, rising to 25 after 5 years' service, plus bank holidays, uniform, PPE, employee referral scheme, and Defined Contribution pension scheme plus car parking.
Contract type
This is a permanent contract.
Working hours
You will work part-time, 5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, from 1000 to 1100.
