Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Commercial Litigation team at Wright Hassall LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling challenging and high-value defended debt and pre-insolvency matters, working closely with qualified lawyers to ensure the successful resolution of cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex legal documents and cases
  • Draft and review legal documentation, including court pleadings and other correspondence
  • Manage competing work priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Assist with client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and contribute to the success of the firm
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of debt recovery and litigation processes, including regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Desire to learn and grow with the firm, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
