About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker Driver to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Community Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care to service users living independently in their own homes, responding to their individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to service users, maintaining their dignity and respect at all times.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, light meal preparation, and domestic tasks, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Administer medication as required, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, reflecting the unique needs and goals of each service user.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a care or support role.
  • Knowledge of relevant care standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
