Cleaning Specialist

About the Role
ABM is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our office spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Dusting, wiping, and disinfecting desks and all surfaces
- Scrubbing kitchens and toilets
- Hoovering and mopping floors
- Disinfecting all high-touch points
- Detail work on skirtings, sills, fixtures, etc.
- Following group and company policies and procedures
- Reporting any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment
- Using all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received
- Reporting any issues or training needs to your Line manager and/or via your divisional incident reporting system
Requirements
- Experience in office cleaning and good grasp of Health and Safety issues
- Must be hardworking and with good attendance, work to routine schedules, and be able to proactively find tasks
