  5. **Oversee Health & Safety** within the Food & Beverage function, collaborating with the hotel to ensure compliance.
  6. **Ensure adherence to Food & Beverage legislation**.
  7. **Collaborate with hotel teams** to achieve optimal outcomes.
  8. **Drive strategic initiatives** to optimize productivity and expense performance.

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. **Proven experience** in leading a Food & Beverage operation.
