We provide a full range of Facilities Management, Procurement and Outpatient Pharmacy services. Our team of around 650 staff work in various functions, including cleaning, portering, engineering, procurement, and pharmacy.

About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Services Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards across designated areas, adhering to established schedules.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working across various departments and locations within Domestic Services as needed.
- Operate floor cleaning equipment and other machinery safely and effectively, following all health and safety guidelines and training provided.
- Conduct thorough environmental cleaning, wall washing, and deep cleaning tasks as required.
- Provide flexible support for wall washing during periods of increased service demand.
- Collaborate with department managers and the Domestic Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in domestic or catering environments is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
