This Project Manager's role is with a leading multi-disciplined construction company, specializing in Facilities Management. The Projects division undertakes a wide range of schemes, primarily focused on fit-out and M&E services with values from £30k - £1m.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement detailed programmes and schedules to monitor progress and implement actions to achieve targeted performance.
  2. Identify quality expectations and ensure compliance with customer requirements and project business plans.
  3. Develop and implement site establishment and manage site logistics efficiently.
  4. Implement statutory, regulatory, and company requirements for managing Health and Safety.
  5. Implement environmental and waste management regulations.
  6. Manage regulatory requirements for planning and building regulations approvals.
  7. Contribute to supply chain selection and provide regular feedback on supply chain performance.
  8. Agree requirements for time, cost, and quality aspects of trade contractor packages.
