We are currently in search of a skilled and proactive Manufacturing Operations Leader to become a vital part of our Leadership Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of our low voltage (LV) and high voltage (HV) manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, quality standards, and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Standardizing systems and processes to ensure compliance with design and quality control standards.
  • Interpreting client specifications and designing compliant electrical power and control systems.
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing manufacturing workforce.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies through performance evaluations and career development initiatives.

Commercial and Operational Effectiveness:
Maintain and enhance profit margins through effective manufacturing practices. Monitor and manage overtime and corrective actions to maximize profitability. Collaborate with financial teams and senior leadership to establish and achieve commercial objectives.

Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience in the electrical engineering sector. Strong commercial insight and contract awareness are essential. A valid driving license is required. A Level 3 qualification in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field is preferred.
