Early Years Practitioner Opportunity

Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our nursery, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing environment that fosters a love of learning
  • Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for development and implementing targeted interventions
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive experience

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting (or a willingness to learn and develop skills)
  • Basic first aid and safeguarding training (or a commitment to obtaining these qualifications)
