Key Responsibilities- Support the Head of Health and Safety in delivering our health and safety strategy and objectives.
- Develop and review risk assessments and safe systems of work for our core operational activities and non-routine business.
- Monitor our accident and incident reporting system, conducting investigations as required.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly statistic reports, highlighting key findings and trends.
- Monitor and manage contractors, ensuring their conduct and credentials meet our standards.
- Review, improve, and create health and safety processes and systems of work.
- Consult and liaise with the workforce and senior management on health and safety matters.
- NEBOSH certified, with a strong desire to pursue your NEBOSH Diploma.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple objectives and track key action points.
- Diligent and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Confident communicator, able to present and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
- IT literate, with the ability to learn and manage multiple health and safety systems.
- Willingness to travel and build relationships with our UK-wide network.
