Job Title: Dietitian (Bank)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our team on a bank basis. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing expert dietetic care to patients, medical staff, and other health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a source of expertise and training in dietetic care, supporting nursing teams and providing dietetic support to patients.
  • Manage a caseload of patients with complex needs, using evidence-based principles to assess, plan, and evaluate specialist dietetic interventions.
  • Provide dietetic input within the multi-disciplinary team and work with catering providers to ensure menus offer a balanced diet.

Requirements:

  • BSc Dietetics or Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics
  • Registered Dietitian Member of the Health & Care Professions Council
  • Documented Evidence of Continual Professional Development
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems
  • Must have bariatric experience
