Electronics Assembly Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembly Supervisor to lead our assembly team within a prominent Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing organization. This role is pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of the production department while maintaining a hands-on approach.
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Employment Type: Permanent
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management and engineering teams to optimize assembly processes.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of team attendance, holidays, and sick leave.
- Assist in training and developing the production team.
- Participate in the assembly of new products and refurbishment of existing components.
- Effectively manage team workload and ensure proper job allocation.
- Promote and support initiatives for Business and Continuous Improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the Electronics or Manufacturing sector.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy with a conscientious work ethic.
- Adaptable and willing to take on diverse responsibilities.
- A formal qualification in electronics is advantageous.
