Data Management Specialist

You will be working with a team of Insurance professionals who are recognised as experts within their field. As a leader, you will be responsible for monitoring performance and ensuring your team is focussed on the key challenges at all times. Ideally, you will have experience of leading a team within an insurance environment, but this is not essential.
You must enjoy interacting with others, building strong internal and external relationships and have excellent communication skills to drive and foster a team culture. You should be confident handling, analysing and interpreting data. Evidence of personal and professional development and commitment to study for and the Chartered Insurance Institute exams (ACII) is essential.
Operational/Technical Management:- Enabling your team to operate to best advantage by ensuring technical training, authority level advancement and underwriting capability is maximised.
- Monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs.
- Project management as required.
- Ensure compliance, both personally and in your team, with corporate governance, Allianz Standards Underwriting (ASU) and regulatory requirements.
