Restaurant Operations Manager

Pertemps Network Catering is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join their team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Promote and maintain high standards of operational excellence, consistently exceeding customer expectations and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and develop a team of staff to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Shift Management: Effectively manage shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and maintaining a smooth and efficient service.
- Quality Control: Uphold high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Performance: Assist the Management Team in achieving financial targets and non-financial KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in food service or retail environments, with a strong track record of success.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Food Safety Knowledge: Strong knowledge and practice of fundamental food safety principles, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £12-13 per hour, reflecting your skills and experience.
