The Opportunity: EL/PL Fee Earner

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced EL/PL Fee Earner to join a reputable law firm known for its supportive culture and commitment to work-life balance. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career within a stable and growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of fast-track EL/PL files, ensuring efficient handling and timely resolution.
  • Liaise effectively with referrers, insurers, and clients to maintain strong relationships and provide exceptional service.
  • Conduct litigation work, including drafting legal documents, preparing for hearings, and representing clients in court proceedings (if required).
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients, guiding them through the claims process and ensuring their best interests are protected.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year PQE in EL/PL law.
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
  • Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
