About the Risk Delivery Team

The Risk Delivery Team is a specialized group within Oliver Wyman, focused on delivering high-quality implementation services to clients in the credit risk space. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals with deep expertise in credit risk analytics, modeling, and validation.

Job Summary

We are seeking talented Senior Delivery Consultants, Delivery Managers, and Senior Delivery Managers to join our team in various locations. These positions offer excellent career and growth opportunities for highly motivated professionals with relevant prior experience in modeling and project management within credit risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement credit risk models and processes for clients
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 2-9 years of relevant experience in credit risk analytics, modeling, or validation
  • Strong technical skills, including coding expertise in Python, SAS, or R
  • Experience in project management and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (and Italian for our position in Milan)
  • Advanced degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Finance
