Job Summary
Creative Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV Project Technician to join our team. As a Senior AV Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless event execution through precise setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment.
About the Role
- Work across a range of events from conferences to product launches, providing technical support and expertise to ensure successful event execution.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to specify equipment and manage relationships with venues and clients.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the Management team on designing and specifying technical elements for events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and venues, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technology and trends, applying this knowledge to improve event delivery and client satisfaction.
About You
- Proven experience in AV production, with a strong background in audio, video, or lighting.
- Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, venues, and internal stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied hours and locations.
- A passion for the AV industry and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
