Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to join our team at Panoramic Associates. As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of retrofit projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate retrofit projects from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
- Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor
- Proven experience in retrofit project management
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with Core logic PasHub and ECMK assessor hub
- Strong knowledge of construction and energy efficiency principles
