Hays Senior Finance is seeking a dedicated Audit and Advisory Manager to join a prominent audit and advisory firm with a significant presence in the Northwest. Key Responsibilities
As the Audit and Advisory Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of audit and advisory services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple audit assignments and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Providing on-the-job coaching and support to team members.
  • Delivering technical training and reviewing audit files.
  • Leading audit close meetings and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Your leadership will be vital in nurturing the skills of junior staff and enhancing the capabilities of audit seniors, all while receiving ongoing support from senior management and partners.

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA) with substantial experience in an audit team within a practice environment. Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in an audit assistant manager role or higher.
  • Proficiency in reviewing audit files and delivering high-quality audit work.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.
  • Commitment to professional excellence and client relationship building.
