We are seeking an experienced and exceptional Retail Manager to lead our busy 1st Floor team at Fortnum & Mason. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strong operational execution, managing team performance, and ensuring world-class customer service is delivered consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Drive strong operational execution across the department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Team Leadership: Manage the tight-knit 1st Floor team, providing strong leadership skills and coaching to ensure personal development and growth.
- Customer Service: Ensure our world-class customer service is delivered consistently, meeting the high expectations of our luxury retail customers.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, liaising with various departments such as Buying, Merchandising, HR, and Visual Merchandising to drive business results.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a similar fast-paced and customer-facing role, ideally within the luxury market.
- Proven experience in managing team performance and driving business results.
- Fully flexible and able to work varying shifts, including late store closings, weekends, and bank holidays.
