Reporting to the Lead Consultant Psychologist, your responsibilities will encompass both individual and group therapeutic interventions, comprehensive diagnostic assessments, and collaborative multidisciplinary team (MDT) engagements. You will also lead reflective practice sessions for staff and may be called upon to develop and deliver training programs.
As a Clinical/Neuropsychologist, you will possess the expertise to manage a diverse caseload, including evaluating complex psychological needs and crafting tailored psychological treatments to enhance care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in the assessment of referrals and conduct initial evaluations for service users. Deliver high-quality direct (assessment & therapeutic) and indirect (consultative, advisory, and evaluative) psychological interventions while making independent clinical decisions. Provide therapeutic support to service users with intricate presentations, utilizing a comprehensive range of structured psychometric and semi-structured clinical methods for assessments. Develop and implement specialized psychological treatment plans or management strategies for patients' mental health needs, grounded in a multifaceted psychological understanding and evidence-based best practices. Maintain professional and legal accountability for all aspects of clinical practice and care. Uphold high standards of care across all areas of practice, adhering to professional guidelines and company policies.Qualifications:
Possess BPS-recognized psychology degrees. Hold HCPC registration. Achieve Chartered Psychologist status along with relevant postgraduate qualifications. Be an approved supervisor in accordance with BPS guidelines. Demonstrate a solid understanding of evidence-based psychological practices. Have experience applying psychological knowledge in clinical/neuro settings. Be skilled in working with clients experiencing cognitive deficits.
