Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Roadside Vehicle Technician to join our team at RAC. As a key member of our Roadside Patrol team, you will be responsible for handling diverse breakdowns and technical issues, utilizing your technical expertise to deliver exceptional service to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults
  • Utilize technical expertise to resolve technical issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team to resolve complex issues

Requirements

  • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence
