As a Senior Bioanalytical Scientist at Intertek, you will play a key role in leading our Laboratory team and driving our commitment to quality and excellence. You will be responsible for managing and guiding our team of scientists, providing expertise and support on bioanalytical techniques, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of scientists in the Laboratory, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
- Develop and implement bioanalytical techniques and methods to support our testing and analysis services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Laboratory services with other business areas.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in bioanalytical science, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and processes.
**Requirements**
- BSc / MSc / PhD in Biology / Chemistry (or related scientific discipline).
- Proven experience in a Laboratory management or leadership role, with a strong background in bioanalytical science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
