Responsibilities of the Role

  • Ensure that the unique needs of each child are met, including supporting parents with any Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or Additional Support Needs (ASL).
  • Take responsibility for the observations, assessments, and planning for your designated children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
  • Foster and celebrate children's growth and accomplishments.
  • Most importantly, ensure a fun and engaging environment.
